affectionately known as “Operation Santa” from the iconic
James A. Farley Post Office building in New York City, Fontana
supervises a dedicated team of postal elves who work tirelessly to
make this program an annual global success story. Chief Elf - Pete Fontana

Fontana is the spokes-elf-in-chief for the program and the Elf ambassador for other posts around the world.

Prior to this position, Fontana held many other postal-related positions, building his resume and skill set until he could assume the position that is so uniquely his.

Fontana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in fulfillment management and a Master of Arts degree in response administration from the North Pole University.
