5-8.2 Reviews, Approvals, and Reports

All contract modifications valued at more than $250,000 must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate authority (2-41.2, Reviews and Approvals of Contractual Actions. In addition, if the contract modification will exceed $25 million, a report must be made to the Disclosure Committee.
