JACKSONVILLE, FL — The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) today recognized area mailers Kessler Creative for innovation and industry best practices, one of 14 award winners nationwide. Awards were presented on the final day of the National Postal Forum, the largest annual trade show in the country for the mailing industry, which was held this year in San Antonio.

The U.S. Postal Service Customer Awards honor mailers in two categories with the Mailing Innovation and Digital Award and the Shipping and eCommerce Innovation Award. Winners were selected in each of the Postal Service’s seven geographic Areas across the nation.

The Mailing Innovation and Digital Awards recognize companies that have disrupted the mailing landscape and created innovative solutions that put value in the mail stream. Each company has leveraged new technologies to drive growth, achieve its business objectives and prove mail combined with digital is a winning formula.

Kessler Creative is a full-service direct mail marketing company located in Jacksonville, Florida. It provides results-driven marketing solutions to entrepreneurs, franchisees, and businesses. It focuses on targeting ideal consumers with creative, engaging, innovative, and effective mail campaigns.

A Kessler Creative’s customer was struggling with its customer loyalty program and called on Kessler to assist. Kessler Creative used its Loyalty Direct System, which builds in-depth data based on customer activity. It used customer-unique redemption tracking barcodes on each mailpiece sent to customers. Consequently, the client’s customer loyalty became trackable and actionable.

Using advanced analytics to prepare the most effective mailing lists, its customer achieved a 13.84 percent response rate. As a result of its successful campaign, the client uses Kessler Creative for a wide variety of print services.

The Shipping and eCommerce Innovation Awards acknowledge companies that have pushed the boundaries of the eCommerce landscape to accelerate package growth. These companies have created improved fulfillment processes, using advanced software and technological capabilities to get customers’ packages to them ahead of their competition. Each company’s use of USPS shipping products has resulted in a winning partnership that drives growth and improves the customer experience.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
