Select Baltimore Area Post Offices To Offer Extended Sunday Retail Hours for the Holidays

MARYLAND — The U.S. Postal Service wants the season to be merry and bright for our customers this year. To help with the hustle of the holidays, select Post Offices in the Baltimore District will open for four hours on the four Sundays leading up to Christmas Day — Nov. 29, Dec. 6, Dec. 13 and Dec. 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. – for full retail services, including stamp sales and package acceptance.

Post Offices offering Sunday hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29th, Dec. 6th, Dec. 13th and Dec. 20th include:

Baltimore Main Post Office, 900 E Fayette St.

Bel Air, 202 Blum Court

Nottingham Branch, 4990 Mercantile Rd.

Glen Burnie Post office, 7596 Ritchie Hwy.

Rosedale Branch, 7000 Golden Ring Rd.

Easton Post Office, 116 E Dover St.

Windsor Mill Branch, 2513 N Rolling Rd.

Salisbury Post Office, 816 E Salisbury Pkwy.

Columbia Post Office, 6801 Oak Hall Lane

Eastport Station, 821 Chesapeake Ave.

Ellicott City Post Office, 3375 Ellicott Center Drive

Frederick Post Office, 201 E Patrick St.

Owings Mills Post Office, 10821 Read Run Blvd

Northern Station, 5005 Houck Ave.

Westminster Post Office, 345 Woodward Rd.

Cumberland Post Office, 215 Park St.

Holiday shipping tips and suggested mailing dates, along with other information, are available online at usps.com/holiday. Postal officials encourage customers to ship their gifts and greetings as early as possible to avoid the rush that culminates with the busiest mailing day of the year on Monday, Dec. 14.
