Limited Number of Post Offices Will Be Open For President’s Day

No regular mail delivery, customers encouraged to mail early

DETROIT, MI — On Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, the President’s Day holiday, a limited number of Detroit area Post Offices will be open for retail service. There will be no mail delivery on this day.

Postal officials advise anyone with stamped or metered mail ready for delivery, especially businesses, to drop this mail into a blue collection box instead of waiting to do so the following day.

All Post Offices will reopen and regular mail delivery will resume on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.

The following Post Offices will be open on President’s Day from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.:
