HICKORY, NC — The U.S. Postal Service is making it more convenient for postal customers needing retail services at the Hickory Post Office.

Effective Saturday, February 7, 2015, customers can conduct postal transactions Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Post Office will also be open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Hickory Post Office is located at 231 Government Ave SW, Ste 99.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
