WASHINGTON D.C. — While many Americans are observing Independence Day with an extended holiday weekend, the United States Postal Service will continue normal retail and delivery operations, including Monday, July 3rd.
The only exception is Tuesday, July 4th, when Post Offices will suspend retail and delivery operations in observation of Independence Day.
