Macatawa Post Office to Suspend Operations

Holland, MI — Due to loss of lease, the Postal Service will suspend operations at the Macatawa Post Office, 2150 S. Shore Dr., Macatawa, MI 49434, at the close of business on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

On April 30, 2026, the Retail and Post Office Box service at the Macatawa Post Office will transfer to the Holland Post Office located 6.3 miles away. Customers who currently hold a Post Office Box will be able to receive their mail daily at the Holland Main Post Office located at 190 E. 8th Street beginning Friday, May 1, 2026.

Customers who wish to obtain Post Office Box service may do so at the Holland Post Office. The Holland Post Office has lobby access for customer convenience. Post Office Boxes are available at this location.

Retail services are also available at the Holland Post Office. Window service hours are from 08:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Post Office Box lobby hours are 24 hours, Seven days a week.
