NORTH CAROLINA – Post Offices at select locations across the state will be open Sunday, Dec. 9 and Dec. 16, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering retail services as an added convenience to ensure customers have more opportunities to mail greeting cards and packages.
