Effective April 6, 2009, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®)in the Country Price Groups and Weight Limits section and the Individual Country Listings to authorize the following:
n The Priority Mail International® flat-rate envelope and small flat-rate box are authorized for shipment to Ascension and the Falkland Islands.
n The Priority Mail International flat-rate envelope is authorized for shipment to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) — the small flat-rate box is not admissible to North Korea. Items sent to North Korea in the flat-rate envelope may not contain dutiable items or merchandise.
