PS Form 4920 Revision: Discontinuance Procedures

Effective July 14, 2011, PS Form 4920, Discontinuance Feasibility Study Survey, is revised. This edition supersedes PS Form 4920, Post Office Closing or Consolidation Pro­posal Fact Sheet, June 1993, and all previous editions.

PS Form 4920 has been updated to incorporate changes to discontinuance procedures for Postal Service–operated retail units.
