USPS Headquarters Managers and Field Installation Heads: Follow-up Action for the Semi-Annual Capital Property Review

The August 2011 Semi-Annual Capital Property Review has concluded. All field activities and Headquarters depart­ments that submitted a Semi-Annual Capital Property Cer­tification report with adjustments (items not found) are reminded to review their latest Property Changes for the Month (PCFM) report to verify that the adjustment(s) were made. The PCFM report is available from the Electronic Data Warehouse (EDW).

The verification of adjustments with the PCFM report is an important Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control and is subject to audit. If you need help with the report, contact the support­ing Asset Accountability Service Center (AASC) (see http://blue.usps.gov/purchase/assetmgnt/am_aasc_home.htm).
