Handbook F-101 Revision: Lost Stock Shipment

Effective February 9, 2012, Handbook F-101, Field Accounting Procedures, is revised to change the proce­dures concerning lost or missing stamp stock shipments. Contact the Postal Service™ Inspector in Charge and Office of Inspector General (OIG) when stamp stock ship­ments that are not sent Registered Mail™ service are lost or missing.
