Mailing Items to the Asset Recovery Center

USPS® sites shipping authorized equipment, parts, or electronics through the mailstream to the Asset Recovery Center in Topeka, Kansas, should not use any extra ser­vices such as Certified Mail®, Signature Confirmation™, Registered Mail™, or Delivery Confirmation™. The addi­tional work hours required to process mail with these pre­mium services is not a cost effective use of resources for items that have reached their end of life.
