PS Form 3959, Stamp Stock Transactions and Daily Recap, Automated LiveCycle Form Posted on Postal Forms Intranet

Effective May 17, 2012, the electronic version of PS Form 3959, Stamp Stock Transactions and Daily Recap, April 2012 Version, (see pages 24 – 25) is posted on the Postal Forms Intranet Blue Page, and it’s available in two formats: Adobe Acrobat PDF and automated Adobe Live­Cycle. Go to http://blue.usps.gov/formmgmt/3999.htm, and scroll down to PS Form 3959.

PS Form 3959 must be used on a daily basis at eMOVES offices to record unit reserve stamp stock activities and a daily recap of all employee stamp credits activities.

Also, PS Form 3958, Unit Reserve Stamp Stock Trans­action Record (February 2007), will no longer be used at eMOVES offices; therefore PS Form 3958 will be deleted from the Postal Forms Intranet Blue Page.
