POM Revision: Address Correction for National Customer Support Center

Effective April 11, 2013, the Postal Operations Manual (POM) 138.225 is revised to correct the address of the Prohibitory Order Processing Center.

Prohibitory Orders were formerly handled by the National Customer Support Center in Memphis, TN. They are currently handled by the NY PCSC. The address has been changed to reflect this move.
