IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Brazil

Effective June 3, 2013, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to add an Observation to the Individual Country Listings (ICL) for Brazil. We are making this revision at the formal request of Correios (the designated operator that provides postal services in Brazil).

[Renumber current Observation 4 as Observation 5, and insert a new Observation 4 to read as follows:]

4. Shipments that do not indicate the applicable postage and fees on PS Form 2976-A will hinder the customs clearance process, causing delays to clear the items.
