Handbook AS-353 Revision: Guide to Privacy, the Freedom of Information Act, and Records Management

In 2013, the Postal Service™ updated http://KeepingPosted.org, a website developed primarily for retired Postal Service employees. Updating this communications tool enables retired employees to stay abreast of changes within the Postal Service, and receive messages from the Postmaster General as well as federal retiree benefit information. The site also provides links to other retirement resources and services.

Handbook AS-353, Guide to Privacy, the Freedom of Information Act, and Records Management, was revised to include these modifications, which were published in the Federal Register on February 22, 2013 (78 FR 12368–12369).
