Transmit PS Form 1412 Every Day

All retail units must report their financial activities each business day on PS Form 1412, Daily Financial Report. Handbook F-101, Field Accounting Procedures, states that “All PRUs, regardless of size or revenue, must report their financial activity to Accounting Services electronically at the close of each business day.”

Field unit managers are responsible for:

n Properly reporting all financial transactions.

n Reviewing supporting documentation for all entries on the daily PS Form 1412.

n Concurrence with the overall presentation of each daily report.

n Transmitting a completed PS Form 1412 each business day.
