PS Form 8162 is Going Away

Effective October 1, 2013, PS Form 8162, Capital Property Record, will be obsolete due to the threshold of capital property purchases increasing to $10,000. The San Mateo Accounting Service Center will no longer accept or process PS Form 8162 to report the purchase of capital property with the USPS/GSA Visa credit card. Please do not send any PS Form 8162s to the San Mateo ASC after September 30, 2013.
