As of 4/28/14 all USPS employees are required to use their new self-service password to access LiteBlue and USPS self-service web applications. 
Your self-service password is established and managed through the Self-Service Profile (SSP) Application accessed via Blue and LiteBlue links or at www.ssp.usps.gov.
