Effective May 15, 2014, Handbook F-15, Travel and Relocation, is revised to reflect the elimination of cash advances for nonbargaining unit employees utilizing the cash withdrawal feature of the government-issued individually billed travel card.

3-2 Government Travel Card System

3-2.1 What It Is

3-2.2 Who May Be Issued a Card

[Revise the text of 3-2.2 to read as follows:]

If you are a bargaining unit employee and you are designated a frequent traveler by your facility manager, it is strongly suggested, but not required, that you request an individual government travel card for official travel.

If you are a nonbargaining unit employee, you must have a card.
