PS Form 3533, Application for Refund of Fees, Products, and Withdrawal of Customer Accounts

Effective August 7, 2014, the prices are changing for Part 3 — Postage Affixed on BRM or Meter Strips (excluding PC Postage) of PS Form 3533. Charges for postage affixed on BRM or meter stamps will now be assessed at 10 percent of the face value of the indicia if the total is $500 or less. This is a change from $350 or less. If the total face value is more than $500, a charge of $50 per hour is assessed for the actual hours to process postage affixed on BRM pieces or meter stamps refunds; the minimum charge is $50. This is a change from $35 per hour. The use of older versions of PS Form 3533 is to be discontinued since they do not reflect the new prices.
