Some employees are receiving “undeliverable” responses when they try to email the USPS® Office of the Inspector General (OIG) because of a glitch that occurred during a recent system upgrade.
To avoid this problem, users should type the recipient’s full email address (i.e. JDoe@uspsoig.gov) when sending emails to the OIG.
