Effective November 13, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) section 139.2 to change a reference to a part of Appendix C in Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted, and Perishable Mail, that provides packaging instructions for cremated remains.
