The Postal Explorer® Compact Disc (CD) provides references and tools to all Postal Service™ employees who need access to domestic and international mailing standards, postage prices, and other publications and tools.
The 2015 Postal Explorer CDs are available at no cost to Post Offices™, Contract Postal Units, Community Post Offices, Village Post Offices, and Approved Shippers that do not have high speed internet or when no internet access is available.
The Internal Postal Explorer CD is USPS® ACE III computer compatible. It will install automatically in a matter of minutes, and place a shortcut on your desktop for fast and easy application.
The CD contains:
n Domestic, International, and Business Price Calculators;
n Domestic and International Mail Manuals;
n Customs Forms Indicator;
n Notice 123 — Price List; and
n Other helpful administrative tools.
Manual offices may order a free CD by emailing Postal Explorer at postalexplorer@usps.gov. In the email request, please include the name and ZIP Code™ of the Postal facility and the name, title, address, and phone number of the contact person at the Postal facility. External CDs are available for Contract Postal Units, Community Post Offices, Village Post Offices, and Approved Shippers. Please identify the type of Postal location that is requesting the CD.
