We have been informed that the PostalOne! system will be updated shortly to accommodate the current allocation language in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®). Therefore, the DMM revisions published in Postal Bulletin 22432 (1-7-16, pages 10–12), in the article entitled DMM Revision: Periodicals Bundle and Container Charges in Combined Mailings, will be rescinded. These changes were scheduled for the March 2016 update of the DMM.
