Effective March 2, 2017, Restriction B for mail addressed to or mailed from military and diplomatic Post Offices™ overseas is revised to indicate that all Priority Mail Express® Military Service (PMEMS) mailpieces (regardless of mailer, mail contents, or weight) must bear a properly completed PS Form 2976-B, Priority Mail Express International Shipping Label and Customs Form. The revised Restrictions are shown in the Pull-Out Information section under “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail.”
