Order 2017 Stamps by Mail Holiday Brochures Now

Stamps by Mail® (SBM) Holiday brochures are an excellent way to increase retail revenue and reduce wait time in line during our busiest season at the Postal Service™. Locations that wish to increase revenue are encouraged to order the Stamps by Mail Holiday brochures. There is no additional charge to customers for this service or for shipping and handling when making a purchase using the Stamps by Mail Holiday brochure.

In early October 2017, we will be pleased to offer two new holiday stamp booklets: The Snowy Day and Christmas Carols.

The cost per unit of 500 is $12.50. This cost includes overprinting the address of the fulfillment office placing the order. Cyril-Scott Company must receive orders placed by mail by close of business the day of the print run cut-off date listed here. Orders received after the cut-off date will be processed for the next print run date.

Use eBuy2 to order Stamps by Mail brochures. Supply Management must receive these approved eBuy2 orders by the eBuy2 cut-off date and approve them in eBuy2 prior to a published print run cut-off date.

n Login to eBuy2 System.

n Enter application.

n Click the search button (binoculars).

n Browse by supplier:

n Cyril-Scott or item number #SBM-Year.

n Add quantity.

n Add item:

n Pop-up will require all fields, except address line 2.

n Do NOT include PO Box™ numbers in the address lines — all orders with PO Box numbers will be rejected.

n Save custom information.

n Card will display all information entered.

n Finish request.

n Complete requisition and justification.

n Verify “Ship to” and “Bill to” information.

n Finish order request.

n Verify “Approver.”

n Submit request for approval.
