Effective January 21, 2018, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 150.1.0, Prices and Fees, to add information regarding USPS Retail Ground® limited overland routes (LOR) prices.
Currently, information on USPS Retail Ground — LOR price eligibility is located in Notice 123, Price List. The Postal Service will do the following:
n Revise subsection 150.1.1, Price Eligibility, for clarity;
n Add new subsection 150.1.3 and Exhibit 150.1.3 for USPS Retail Ground — LOR price eligibility standards; and
n Revise Notice 123, Price List, to reflect these changes.
Although we will not publish these revisions in the DMM until January 21, 2018, the standards are effective immediately.

USPS Retail Ground — LOR retail prices are not available through online or commercial postage payment.
