PS Form 2880 Revision: Physical Inventory — Certification/Adjustments

Effective January 1, 2018, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 2880, Physical Inventory — Certification/Adjustments, to eliminate the requirement for two original signatures. The required signature block can now contain an electronic or digital signature, photocopied signature, or original signature from the Installation Head or designated Material Accountability Officer (MAO). The Postal Service revised these requirements to improve efficiency and save time when making adjustments to Postal Service assets.

Revised PS Form 2880 is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

n Go to blue.usps.gov.

n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.

n Click Forms.
