IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Paraguay

Effective December 20, 2018, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the Individual Country Listing for Paraguay.

As a result of a formal request made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 113, dated August 20, 2018, the Dirección Nacional de Correos del Paraguay (DINACOPA) is providing postcode updates. The Postal Service is adding a new observation noting that every item sent to Paraguay must include the appropriate postcode and providing the website (available in Spanish only) and telephone number to obtain postcodes.
