USPS eSourcing Supplier Profile Update Process

There are now additional organization profile entries required in USPS eSourcing. These new entries are specific to surface transportation and supplier diversity. Please ensure your profile is current and accurate as this information is used by USPS purchasing specialists to ensure the right suppliers are invited to participate in USPS eSourcing events.

1. Follow the instructions below to update your USPS eSourcing profile.

2. Log-in to the USPS eSourcing application; you will then be resident on the View RFx(s) page. Click on the My Profile tab (next to USPS logo and denoted by the red circle) and select the Manage My Profile link to edit your profile.

3. Your organization’s profile will be displayed on the Global Supplier Profile screen.

Scroll down the screen to update the new supplier profile fields for surface transportation and supplier diversity.

4. Select SAVE to update your organization’s profile. 4

NOTE: The solution will continue to prompt you to update your profile until the process is completed. A current company profile will ensure your eligibility to participate in the appropriate USPS eSourcing events.
