Acting Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President Jacqueline Krage Strako

Jacqueline Krage Strako was named acting chief customer and marketing officer and executive vice president (CCMO) in February 2018. She reports to the Postmaster General and is responsible for all domestic and international products marketing, development and management; and for the Customer Relations, Product Innovation, Marketing, Global Business, and Sales organizations; as well as the Customer Care Centers, and Stamp Services.

Strako leads all corporate strategies and initiatives to improve the customer experience, aligning the Postal Service’s goals to effectively meet customers’ needs and build a more customer-centric organization.

Prior to this role, Strako was Vice President, Area Operations, Great Lakes Area. Her responsibilities included the oversight of a $12.3 billion annual operating revenue and a workforce of 61,119 employees delivering postal products and services to 36 million customers at 16 million addresses through 32 mail processing plants and 3,723 delivery and retail units.

Strako began her Postal Service career in 1989 as an Industrial Engineer at Postal Service Headquarters in Washington, DC. Her past positions include Area Operations Support Manager, Area Finance Manager, Area Quality Specialist and District Budget/Financial Analyst.

Strako is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where she received a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering, and DePaul University, where she received her master’s in Business Administration. She also completed executive education programs in financial management, strategy and organization and executive management at Stanford University.
