Fort Myers/Naples FL — Consumer Advocate and Manager, Customer Relations John Budzynski from the United States Postal Service Headquarters in Washington, DC was on hand to present Postmaster General/CEO Pat Donahoe’s Keynote Address for the annual Southwest Florida Postal Customer Council (PCC) Event held at the United Way building in Fort Myers.

Southwest Florida businesses were invited to listen to the Postmaster General’s presentation, meet their local Postmaster(s) and the PCC Board of Directors, and network and share best practices with other businesses.  Fort Myers Postmaster Leroy Middleton and Naples Postmaster Richard Barber were on hand to provide information.  Participating in presenting businesses with educational seminars were Your Home Publishing’s President Tony Spano, United States Postal Service Supervisor Business Mail Entry William Nye, Business Mail Entry Clerk Janie Richards, United states Postal Service Marketing Specialist Cynthia Cordova and United states Postal Service Shipping Solutions Specialist Jose Clavelle.

Postal Customer Councils consist of postal leaders and business mailers, government agencies and businesses that use the mail to grow their businesses.  The PCC works together to promote the value of mail, address mailing concerns, and exchange ideas to maximize the benefits of postal products, programs, and services.
