Postal Customer Council presents educational workshop

LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY –Business mailers are invited to participate in an educational workshop hosted by the Postal Customer Council of Kentuckiana.  The “March Madness” themed meeting will be held Thursday, March 22, at Kingfish on the River, 3021 River Road, Louisville KY, 40207.  Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will begin at 12:00 p.m. The event also includes networking opportunities with postal officials.     

Derwin Webb will be the featured keynote speaker.  Webb, the first African-American male Family Court judge in Kentucky, will describe his exciting journey “From the Court to the Court.  Born in Indianapolis, Webb later moved to Louisville where he has lived for more than twenty-five years. A former standout basketball player at the University of Louisville for Hall of Fame Basketball Coach Denny Crum, Webb was a captain his senior year, and earned the respect of his peers both on and off the basketball court.

The workshop, presented by Mailpiece Design Analyst Ron Burch, will focus on design elements for flat-size mailpieces.
