PITTSBURGH, PA — The new Liberty Center postal finance station, located at 1001 Liberty Ave.
Pittsburgh, PA 15222, will open to the public on Tuesday, February 18. The Grant Street Station doors will close Saturday, February 15, at 2 p.m.
The new Liberty Center Station will operate under the current Grant Street Station hours until March 8, when the new retail hours will be Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The retail counter is closed on Saturday.
Additionally, the Liberty Center lobby hours, for PO Box mail retrieval and depositing stamped mail, will be Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses, and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
