Public Meeting on Proposed San Simeon Main Post Office Relocation August 5th

SAN SIMEON, CA — The United States Postal Service is considering relocating the retail services currently provided at the San Simeon Main Post Office, 444 Slo San Simeon Road, San Simeon, CA 93452 to a yet to-be-determined location as close and as reasonably possible to the existing location.

The Postal Service is considering a relocation because our lease will expire on January 31, 2020 and the landlord will be doing restoration and upgrades to the building. This remodel will require all tenants to vacate the building during this project timeframe.

A public meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. August 5, 2019 at the San Simeon Main Office.

At the meeting, the Postal Service will outline the proposal to meet the need for relocation, invite questions and solicit written input on the proposal.
