Suggestion boxes in select Columbus Post Offices

Valentine's Day heart

COLUMBUS, OH — While you have Valentine messages on your mind, drop a line to the post office.  The Columbus Post Office and the Columbus Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) are making it easy for customers to provide feedback at five Columbus locations.

Beginning Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019, suggestion boxes and comment cards will be in place at the following Columbus Post Office stations.  The suggestion boxes will remain in place for the next several months:

  • Bexley Branch, 2935 E Main St., 43209
  • Tri Village Finance, 1391 Grandview Ave. (West City), 43212
  • Gahanna Finance Unit, 246 Lincoln Circle Ste. H, 43230
  • West Worthington Station, 6316 Nicholas Dr., 43235
  • Oakland Park Station, 2200 Innis Rd., 43224

“We welcome the opportunity to hear from our customers and look forward to building positive relationships in Columbus,” said acting Postmaster Diane Ingland.

CAC members will retrieve the comment cards and present feedback to postal officials.  The Columbus CAC was established to improve understanding of the Postal Service, its processes, and to create an open dialogue between local postal managers and the communities they serve.
