Winona OH –The Winona, OH Post Office 32036 Winona Road, Winona, OH 44493 reopened its retail services on 05/1/2019. Retail services were suspended on 12/07/2018 due to unsafe water supply. A well was drilled and the Mahoning County District Board of Health tested the water and deemed it safe on 4/26/19.

Retail hours are: Monday-Friday 12:30pm -4:30pm and Saturday 8:00Am – Noon.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products, and services to fund its operations.
