Background:

Due to a loss by fire, the Postal Service is now looking for a new retail services to a yet-to-be-determined location within the zip codes of 99149. The desired size of the new facility needs to be approximately 770 SF building with 7+ parking.

The relocation project will consist of procuring a suitable substitute location, as close as reasonably possible to the existing location. Retail Services will continue temporarily at the Rosalia Post Office until all necessary preparations are completed at the new location.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, instead of a public meeting, we are inviting you to send your comments on the proposal to the following address within the next 30 days to: United States Postal Service, Attn Malden WA Relocation, PO BOX 27497, Greensboro, NC 27498-1103.
