Starting on page 3 is a complete, updated ZIP CodeTM list of all retail locations - a total of approximately 8,600 locations - where Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG®) service is available to customers effective March 30, 2006. Use this list in place of the GXG retail site list published in Postal Bulletin 22164 (9-29-05) (that list started on page 77). (The Postal ServiceTM may change the status of sites based on area and district identification of customer demand and potential growth of expedited international shipping.)

Many of the new GXG retail offices were identified as high-potential GXG offices based on demographic research. Other new GXG retail offices were added when districts identified facilities that serve colleges and universities (which can have high demand for GXG services) and added GXG retail offices at those facilities. In the future, districts will continue to identify high-potential GXG offices and integrate them into the GXG facilities database.

New GXG offices are scheduled to receive a GXG Supply Starter Kit during the week of March 27, 2006. GXG retail transaction standard operating procedures (SOPs) are available on the Delivery Web site:

GXG retail locations may order PS Form 6182, Commercial Invoice - the customs documentation specifically for GXG - from the Material Distribution Center (MDC) and use touch tone order entry (TTOE): Call 800-332-0317, option 2.
