We did it to attract new users of our package services as well as to help us hang on to the ones we already have. Even though we now receive between 13,000 and 15,000 pickup requests every business day, we know that more than half of all small business customers are still not aware that we offer Free Package Pickup. This is where you can help. I’m asking you to make contact with your small business customers and show them how simple it is to request a Free Package Pickup using usps.com/pickup. Use the enclosed items to demonstrate how easy it is for them to ship online with us and have their packages picked up with the next day’s mail delivery. Included are some idea starters to help you deliver an effective presentation. We have enclosed a few notepads and Features and Benefit sheets to use as leave-behind items that will remind your customers just how easy it is to request a Free Package Pickup.
