Box it up!

Post Office Boxes have been around for a long time, but lately they’re enjoying a resur­gence in popularity.

And they should be. Post Office Boxes offer our customers many benefits. Typically, mail for PO Boxes is posted in the morning, meaning customers get their mail earlier in the day. Extended lobby hours in many Post Offices are mak­ing PO Boxes more accessible to customers who can’t visit us during regular business hours. And “Post Office Box Availability” tags are letting customers in our lobbies know that boxes are available for rent immediately.

Customers who can’t make it to our lobbies can go online to check for available PO Boxes at www.usps.com/poboxes. Search by either ZIP Code or address for a list of the closest Post Offices with available box sizes and asso­ciated six-month box fees.
