Corrections to 2008 Guide to Benefits

RI 70-2, 2008 Guide to Benefits for Career United States Postal Service Employees, contains some errors. On page 54 under “Maryland,” the row that contains plan information for the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Mid-Atlantic States-high-Baltimore/Washington, DC areas was shifted to the right so that information was listed in the wrong columns. The correct information follows:

Also, HealthPartners Classic Plan/Open Access Deductible, Enrollment Codes 531, 532, 534, and 535, are limited to spe­cific counties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota, as noted in the health plan’s brochure.
