On April 8, 2011, in New York, New York, the Postal Service™ will issue a Lady Liberty/U.S. Flag se-tenant pair definitive stamp (Forever® priced at 44 cents), two designs in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) automated teller machine (ATM) sheetlet of 18 stamps (Item 575700). The stamps, designed by Terrence C. McCaffrey, USPS®, will go on sale nationwide April 8, 2011.
The stamp was previously issued in a pressure-sensitive coil of 100 (Item 787900).
Customers have 60 days to obtain the first day of issue postmark by mail. They may purchase new stamps at their local Post Office™ facility, at The Postal Store® website at www.usps.com/shop, or by calling 800-STAMP-24. They should affix the stamps to envelopes of their choice, address the envelopes (to themselves or others), and place them in a larger envelope addressed to:

After applying the first day of issue postmark, the Postal Service will return the envelopes through the mail. There is no charge for the postmark. All orders must be postmarked by June 8, 2011.

There is one philatelic product available for this stamp issue:
Items with an asterisk (*) will use the 128 barcode from Stamp Fulfillment Services. All other philatelic products will continue to use barcode series A, with the exception of the Yearbook and the Guide Book.
Select stamp distribution offices (SDOs) and all stamp distribution centers (SDCs) will receive an initial distribution of the Lady Liberty/U.S. Flag (Forever @ 44 cents) ATM sheetlet, Item 575700. Distributions are rounded up to the nearest master carton size of 12,000 sheetlets.
SDOs/SDCs will not make a subsequent automatic distribution to Post Offices for this item. Post Offices with APCs requiring quantities of Item 575700 must requisition them from their designated SDO/SDC using PS Form 17, Stamp Requisition/Stamp Return; however SDOs/SDCs will continue to ship the current ATM Item, 573300, until their inventory is depleted. SDOs/SDCs must not distribute Item 575700 to Post Offices before March 25, 2011. The Item 575700 sheetlet will be issued at the $7.92 rate.
All Post Offices (APCs) should continue to sell current inventories of Item 573300, Liberty Bell (Forever) sheetlet, until supplies are depleted.
