The Postal Service had record performance in FY2004 in most categories. As a result, most FY2005 targets are incremental improvements over a record year.1 There are no changes to the strategic goals and objectives or to the measurement systems.
Footnote:
1 Detailed performance data is included in the Annual Performance Report, which is part of the annual Comprehensive Statement on Postal Operations and also in the Transformation Plan Progress Report.
