Suppliers that were active in the old Emptoris eSourcing tool have been preloaded into the new eSourcing system. You may have received an invitation from do_not_reply@supplier.coupahost.com directing you to setup a password and to complete your company’s profile information on the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). In some instances, the message may have contained confusing language relating to “Spend Management” and payment. We regret that this initial message may have been confusing, possibly delaying your successful registration into the eSourcing tool. Our support team is working with our technology partners to address any communication concerns.
