National Postal Customer Council (PCC) Week is an annual event – traditionally held in September – when Postal Service officers, executives, and Postal PCC leaders meet with mailers and shippers from communities nationwide. The event gives Postal leaders the opportunity to thank local industry partners for their business and to share the future strategic vision for the Postal Service.
This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, National PCC Week was held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. ET. This year’s theme was Get Connected and Grow. The event is still viewable at 2020.PCCday.com
National PCC Day provided a venue to share best mailing and shipping practices, as well as gave PCCs the opportunity to connect and learn from each other.
This grass-roots network provides a channel for our valued business mailers and the Postal Service to continue building upon their relationships, so that they can grow the mail and work on solving common concerns and challenges. The program agenda featured postal and industry leaders who shared their knowledge and educated us on mail’s role in omni-channel marketing campaigns; how mail is strategically positioned for additional growth opportunities; and how key postal initiatives will deliver for the future.
There are also content-rich breakout sessions covering a wide range of important topics, and attendees were able to choose from a menu of topics that best met their needs. Additionally, we celebrated PCC excellence, and recognized the best of the best PCCs nationwide. The National PCC Program Office shared key updates from the past year and provided information about what PCCs can look forward to in the future.
