We are excited to announce that we will be deploying the new Coupa Sourcing & Supplier Registration tool on December 18, 2020. The current IBM/Emptoris eSourcing tool will be shut down on February 28, 2021. Suppliers that are currently active in the Emptoris eSourcing tool will be preloaded into the new Sourcing system. Please check your email after December 18th for additional information about the eSourcing Tool and Supplier Registration. If you have not previously registered your company to do business with the USPS, please visit our Supplier Registration page at www.usps.com for information about supplier registration. Suppliers that are currently engaged in a bidding event through the Emptoris eSourcing system should continue to do so until the event has closed. For questions related to an ongoing bid please contact the USPS procurement representative assigned to the event. Supplier training on the new Sourcing system will be conducted in January 2021.
